Entertainment Venues
A big part of a student life is having fun. This page contains Resturants, Bars, and other places of entertainment. Players can add locations or businesses if they wish, just email me the details.
Establishments owned by a specific species are not limited to that species (regulars or employees), and it is not a comment on the entire species. For example, not every lion shapeshifter will visit Raven Whispers.
Bars, Clubs & Pubs:
Calypso Nights:
Opening times: Mon-Sun: 8pm - 3am
A club frequented by students that plays whatever music is popular at the time. There is a bar, a large area for dancing and a VIP area. Located close to the University. Owned by a vampire, although all species are welcome.
Raven Whispers:
Opening times: Mon-Sun: 6pm - 2am
A club that plays heavy metal, rock and punk music. It attracts the students that are punks, goths, moshers, or those that like the music played at Raven Whispers. There is a specific room with a large dance area and seating areas for each genre of music, allowing guests to choose which music they want to listen to. Outside the rooms is the bar, rest room and a quieter seating area. There are often live bands playing at Raven Whispers. It is only a 10 minute walk away from the University and is run by a member of the lion Clan. Students get a special discount on the entrance fee.
The club opens at 6pm to let people hangout and enjoy some quieter music played in one of the rooms. The club atmosphere really begins at 8pm.
The Box:
Opening times: Mon-Sun: 8pm - 12am
A stylish bar that holds theme nights and student nights throughout the year. It also holds match-making nights. It's owned by a member of the wolf clan, and is a 10 minute walk from the University.
Wetherspoons:
Opening times: Mon-Sun: 11am - 11pm
A chain of pubs, Wetherspoons is a large pub for all ages, not just students, and is located in central Reading.
Resturants:
Apple Mango:
Opening times: Mon-Sat: 9am-6pm. Sun: 11am-5pm
A popular cafe that has it's own diverse range of homebaked cakes. Located in the high stree.
Bombay Nights:
Opening times: Mon-Sun: 7pm - 11pm
An Indian resturant located 15 minutes away from the University. It has a quiet atmosphere and is often frequented by students on dates.

Cinema:
Located in the center of Reading where the high street is, there is a Cinema that shows all the latest films.
Sports:
There is a swimming pool, stables, leisure center and several gyms in Reading, a bus ride away from the University.
